The Domes

Foods Eaten: Greek Salad The Dream: I was driving a car with Trevor and my parents as passengers. We were going somewhere called "The Domes." I had been paying attention to the road, and although my family was exchanging conversation, I wasn't absorbing any of the surroundings. At some point, I finally looked up and realized the road was going through these golfball-esque domes. At some point we stopped and got out while inside of one of the domes. There was a bunker-like building that we were walking around. My sister was now there, too. For some reason, we were walking around turning door handles trying to get into other rooms, but they were all locked. Except one, which my sister called out to me saying, "This one isn't locked!" But when we went to turn the handle, it got stuck halfway - like the feeling of someone else trying to turn it from the other side of the door at the same time. We backed away and sure enough, a tall girl dressed in a leather...

The Storm

Notes: After just two hours of sleep, I was rudely woken up by the sound of a glass falling over in the kitchen. Trevor was already at work, so I was immediately freaked out that someone else was in the house, but my dog was on the bed with me and looked just as confused by the noise. If there was a person in the house, he would've been barking incessantly, so I didn't worry about it and went back to sleep after recalling the equally annoying dream that I'd been woken up from. Foods Eaten: Taco Salad The Dream: Trevor were in a house that more closely resembled the house I grew up in rather than the one we currently live in. It was storming wickedly, with frequent flashes of lightning and cracks of thunder shortly following (I wondered if it was actually storming while this dream was going on... it is storm season in Florida and has been doing daily lately). The wind was also whipping around, to the point that it caused a tree to fall. The tree fell on the roof of the ...

Bring Me The Horizon and corey_x

Notes: More from an active night of dreaming, and no surprise... another band involved. Foods Eaten: Taco Salad The Dream: I arrived at a concert venue I'd never been to before to see/photograph Bring Me The Horizon. It seemed like an upscale theater, there was a main level, but credential pick up and entry for photographers was on a lower level. The box office was surrounded by glass windows. I don't remember actually asking for my credentials, but I remember walking down a hallway with more glass windows and opening up a white envelope that had my photo pass inside. The hallway led straight into the photo pit in front of the stage. It was a massive pit, too. The floor was a light hardwood and there was even a small barricaded pathway through the center of the crowd to the soundboard like there would be at a large festival. I dropped my camera bag under a barricade to the right of center and went to pacing around the photo pit as I usually do before a show starts. Event...

His Brother, Chris

Notes: One of many dreams last night... Foods Eaten: Taco Salad The Dream: I was on Discord talking to a friend of mine who goes by the screenname Sarvar. Mid conversation, he quit responding, which is a pretty normal occurrence with him, so I thought nothing of it. I don't recall what else I was doing, but I saw the red notification light up by his name after a few minutes so I figured he'd returned. The message exchange looked like: Sarvar: Hahaha, he fell asleep. Sarvar: This is his brother. Me: ...which brother? Sarvar: I don't know, one of them. We continued exchanging messages for a few minutes and eventually he said his name was Chris, although I don't think he (Sarv) actually has a brother named Chris. Somehow I became convinced that he was Chris Brooks from the New Zealand band Like A Storm and Sarv was actually his brother Matt... the conversation continued on until I eventually found it weird that I was talking to the brother I didn't know, so ...

Crappy Situations

Notes: My dreaming seemed to be pretty active last night, although I don't remember full details of many of them except the one that was going on right before I woke up. Foods Eaten: Taco Salad The Dream: I recall this dream having far more to it than I can actually remember. I was in a house and someone or something (intuition tells me it was a large dog) had crapped everywhere. There was piles of it on the floor, on the walls and even somehow on the ceiling. Something urgent was going on in the dream and I remember dialing 911. I second guessed the necessity and debated hanging up, but by the time I had decided, a responder had answered. I don't remember what I told her, but I ended up walking in a room and there was at least one (maybe two) dead bodies wrapped in black mesh bags. There was another person in the room that I can recall nothing about, and I advised them to set fire to dispose of them. We left the room after that, but when we returned, the flames were out a...

Time, Stove, and Phone

Notes: I'm almost certain this dream tried to get me to go lucid twice - first with the noticing of the clocks and secondly with falling asleep while food was cooking. Damnit brain, why didn't you catch on? Foods Eaten: Taco salad The Dream: I was in a car, I cannot remember whether I was the driver or a passenger. I was at a T-intersection with a stop light and there was a house on the right. The house looked fairly old and entirely symmetrical, with a partial concrete gate at the front and a paved (but not well taken care of) sidewalk leading up to it. I remember thinking the house must be divided, like a duplex, and for some reason I knew it was an AirBnB. Although I don't recall thinking about the house being a place where I was supposed to stay and I don't remember pulling into it, I eventually ended up inside of it. It was two stories, with a "floating" staircase. There was a bedroom on the lower floor that I went in and noticed a shelf with a dig...

Fantasy Butterflies

Notes: Short dream, but the one particular scene was worthy of memory. Foods Eaten: Greek salad The Dream: Trevor and I were together, somewhere the seemed sort of dark and damp. When we rounded a corner, it opened up into a room, and the walls made it apparent that we were in an underground cave. The room was massive and set up like a cheap movie theater, with fold out plastic chairs in rows in 3 sections. There was even a projector and a screen. We opted to sit at a row fairly close to the screen, and the lights dimmed and a movie began to play promptly after we took our seats. I remember a handful of other people being there, but not who they were and it certainly wasn't a full room or like a traditional movie screening. When the movie started, the dream zoomed in on the screen, and revealed that I was in the movie. All I remember is one scene, being in a very fantastical world with vivid green, blue, teal and turquoise colors. There were massive, vibrant butterflies flyi...
