Scenes from my Dreams

Foods Eaten: A couple jalapeno-pickle chips as a midnight snack and a cup of chai tea. Notes: I had this one between 8:00 and 9:00 am, after my alarm went off. The Dream: I was in a small house, more like an old trailer with wooden walls, floors, and decorations from the 80's. My family was there, I had just given dad a gift. It was a large photo print, though I don't remember what it was of. He had sprawled it across the floor and as he was looking at it he asked if I could get some paint to fix some spots. When I went to look at what he was talking about, I saw that some areas that should've printed green had printed with pinkish-red spots instead. I blamed it on the printer... I know there was more to this snippet of dream as I remember being in a parking lot full of cars with my sister and I remember being on a bed in a bedroom with someone but I don't remember any other details... ...Next thing I know,  I was at a party in a familiar house (I now recognize it to...

Notes: This was definitely one of my more humorous dreams as of late. I laughed a little bit when I woke up from it, but yet another night where I had multiple dreams after a few days of none. Foods Eaten: Greek Salad Dream Location: Department Store... sort of The Dream: I had just walked into a large building, with white walls and tiled floors. TJ was with me, we were casually walking along, holding hands. On each side of us were platforms, which I guess were supposed to be like stores. They had signs hanging from the ceiling labeling what each platform was for. We passed one that said "Frame Sale" over it, and I pointed it out to TJ explaining that my company must be having their monthly frame sale. The next platform was labeled "Clearance Dresses". This one, of course caught my eye, and I had to go browse. Getting on to the platform, it turned into more of an enclosed store. The entry way was nothing but a flight of steps, which we walked up. Notes:  I haven't been having very active dream memory lately. I hate it. I seem to go nights in a row where for the life of me, I can't remember my dreams. Then suddenly I will have a night where I remember more than one of them, though not in much detail. This was one of those nights. Dream Location:  In a forest of some sort, not sure where. The Dream: I was standing in a line with hundreds of other people that I didn't recognize. Apparently, we were waiting to start a game. Someone was shouting out the rules, which were very vague, but the game simply involved throwing objects at each other, and if someone got hit with the object, they were knocked out of the game. Also, if you were to drop your throwing objects, you were removed from the game. It started quickly, though people didn't seem to focus their attention on me. I would have to dodge out of the way of badly aimed throws occasionally, but I was able to throw and knock people out at my own leisure, wit...

Notes: Uhh... when concerts meet video games? Foods Eaten: Mac & Cheese Dream Location: Some sorta stone-like maze The Dream: I was in what was like a stonehenge maze... there were large rock walls placed randomly around a field outside. I'm not sure what I was doing, just wandering around the structures, when I ran into a guy named Alan, who plays guitar for a local NC band called Union County. He had his guitar, and was playing it, but as soon as he saw me, he started to attack me - but the attacks were in a form specific to that game I've mentioned a few times before, Avalon... I ended up running away unharmed, but I'm not sure what else happened...

Notes: Finally had an excessively vivid and detailed dream. Foods Eaten: Eggnog Dream Location: It was at a sort of strip mall, outside. Lots of stores. The thing that seemed most out of place in hindsight was that there was a stadium attached to the strip mall... with a regular sort of store entrance. The Dream: I was at CVS with my dad. I'm not totally sure why I was there, but I knew my dad was dropping me of at a UNC basketball game after we left. I also knew that the stadium where the basketball game was at was right next to the CVS. My dad asked me if I was ready to go, I told him to hold on a second. I was walking through the aisles until I got to the back of the store and noticed that they had a relatively nice looking buffet bar. There was tons of food, but I was suddenly looking specifically for yogurt, which was conveniently lined against the back of the buffet. Notes: You know you've played too many video games when... Foods Eaten: Eggnog Dream Location: Inside a video game? The Dream: I had just logged into a game I used to play (and probably mentioned before in dreams) , called Avalon. One of my friends that also play, Christian, immediately ran up to me (in his character form) to greet me. He was excited to see me, asking where I'd been. I don't remember answering him. Somehow my boyfriend was also there, even though he doesn't play Avalon. I ran up to him and showed him that we could use "runes" to "level up" our "skills" like in Sacred 2. I remember exclaiming at him, "No wonder we suck at this game so much! We didn't even know about the runes!" No clue what else happened.

Notes: So, my boyfriend and I bought the game Sacred 2 for xbox this weekend, and we probably spent about 50% of the weekend playing it, so I'm pretty sure this is where that came from, even though I don't remember almost any of the dream. Foods Eaten: Chicken Alfredo Dream Location: Nowhere recognizable The Dream: All I remember was standing around a huge dragon with a bunch of other people. My boyfriend was there, and we were both attacking the dragon. I was floating in the air above the dragon's head, I remember seeing a health bar over it... No clue what else happened.

Notes: This was really strange, it was like living as a character in a video game. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person this dream would make sense to, since it involves specific people and a not-well-known game. Foods Eaten: Don't remember. Dream Location: A Digital Neighborhood - something like in "The Sims" The Dream: I was standing outside a house, in the driveway. I looked across the street, and saw the house across had their garage door open. There was someone inside - but they weren't normal, they were god-like. I heard a voice (I could recognize the voice as being an old friend of mine from a game - Andrew/Agarwain), telling me to go talk to the person in the garage. I walked across the street and realized the person was actually a visual portrayal of a god, Solontus (also a character from a game). If I had a conversation with him, I don't remember what it was.
