Tornado Game

Notes: I'm going to attribute the fact that it was stormy out last night to this one...

Dream Location: Outside, but no where identifiable.

The Dream:
I was outside in a field, it was extremely windy and there were tons of clouds. I immediately started looking for signs of a tornado (whenever it storms, part of me hopes to see a tornado). I wandered aimlessly around the field for a few minutes, until I suddenly saw a small tunnel of clouds drop only a couple yards in front of me. I decided it was probably a good time to go. I turned my back to the tornado and bolted towards nothing in particular. Fortunately, I found a small, round hut to take shelter in...

Upon entering the hut, I found TJ, Casey, Alex, and Robyn chatting to each other. None seemed to be aware of the tornado that appeared to be following me. In a slight panic, I informed them and directed everyone to get down in that strange position they teach your to hide in during tornado drills at school. However, as everyone was taking cover, I looked out a nearby window and noticed that the tornado was now too close and there was no way we were protected in the little hut. We decided to run.

I left the hut along with everyone else, but we weren't running... merely strolling through the "backyard". The tornado made its way in front of us, and as it was spinning, it turned into looking like my coworker, Susie. She looked at me and said, "Sorry Lizzy, I had to pick sides!" I realized suddenly that we were playing a game, Alex, Casey, Robyn, and Susie were all on the same team. TJ was the only other one on my team. I also realized that the objective of the game was to not get hit by the tornado chasing you, and you rotated "being the tornado". I started running again, this time running from the Susie-tornado...

Not sure what else happened or if I woke up...

Notes: I woke up and remembered this, but I feel like I knew more about what was happening while I was in the dream. Foods Eaten: Salad, Macaroni and Cheese Dream Location: Parking Lot The Dream: I was inside of a tall building, it was all white, with a few glass windows. There was a glass elevator. The floors of the building were spiral shaped, there weren't actual stairs anywhere... it just gradually went up. I was running up the spiral building, and looking across from me I could see the members of the band, Chevelle, following me. We were all running away from something, but I don't know what. I found a door that led outside into a parking lot. The lead singer of Chevelle, Pete Loeffler, pointed at the band van and told me to run for it. We all ran across the parking lot and jumped into the back of their van... I heard loud noises, like explosions, but I don't remember seeing them.

Notes: I'm going to guess this was my pre-Halloween dream... Foods Eaten: Chicken Fajitas Dream Location: No where in particular The Dream: I was back in high school... but it didn't look remotely close to my high school. It was the first day back, I was carrying around a schedule with my classes written on it. I think I was sitting in an Earth Science class... looking at my schedule, my next class was with a teacher named Mr. Davis (this was actually a gym teacher I had in middle school) . When the science class ended, I didn't want to go to Mr. Davis' class because I thought it would be boring. A few other kids with the same class had the same opinion, so we all just stood around the science room trying to decide whether to go to the next class or not. Finally, the Earth Science teacher came up to us and we asked him if he knew what the next class was called. The Earth Science teacher said, "Verizon." We wondered what on earth a class called "Ve...

Mushrooms to Restore Sanity

Notes: This dream was pretty funny. I was carpooling with 5 other people up to DC to go to Jon Stewart/Steven Colbert's Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear. We left at around 4:00 am, so I was dead tired... fell asleep on the way up. Foods Eaten: Muffin Dream Location: Inside a car The Dream: I was laying on my boyfriend's lap, in the backseat of a large car. Mike and Craig were in front of me, Alex was driving and Casey was in the front passenger seat. (This is actually how we were all sitting in the car, too). I had just woken up from a nap, and was thirsty. Casey passed a glass of grape juice to Mike, who then poured a bag of Shrooms into the glass (this happened without my noticing in the dream, even though I saw it happen. Hard to explain?). Mike passed the glass of juice back to me, which I quickly drank all of. I started drifting back to sleep, but suddenly started feeling very strange.
